Thunder Resume LLC provides this user agreement (“Agreement”) which is between you (the “User”) and Thunder Resume LLC, a United States Limited Liability Corporation.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying your invoice or purchasing products or services on ThunderResume.com, you agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Advice and Guidance

The information contained on ThunderResume.com, in products and services, including coaching and advice, is based on sources and information reasonably believed to promote best practices and change as new and effective methodologies arise.

Content and Editing

Thunder Resume LLC writes and edits Resumes, LinkedIn Profiles, Cover Letters, and other documents and communications. Absolute correctness and editing are the sole responsibility of the client to ensure accuracy of content and copyediting. Once a draft, considered a final draft, of a Resume, Cover Letter, or other written service, including LinkedIn, is sent or completed, the clients should send ALL edits and changes for updating. The final document or profile, with the changes and edits completed, is the final product. On limited occasions, one or two items are revealed post final editing and may be requested.

Data and Account Security

Thunder Resume LLC is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from accidental or deliberate deletion, network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons. 

Usage of Service and Products

You agree not to share or resell any products purchased from Thunder Resume LLC.

Personal Information

Thunder Resume LLC cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. We endeavor to implement appropriate security measures. However, Thunder Resume LLC does not guarantee that unauthorized parties will never defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Testimonials

Thunder Resume LLC reserves the right to publish on its website client and user reviews and testimonials to promote its services. The recommendation may include a user’s first name and first initial of the last name and the city. Although names and testimonials are genuine, to protect our clients’ privacy, we replace their actual photograph with another.

Confidentiality

If a client provides confidential information to Thunder Resume LLC, the recipient shall protect the secrecy of the confidential information with the same degree of care as it uses to protect its confidential information and only use the confidential information in the performance of services for the relevant service engagement. Thunder Resume LLC will store personal information on the system unless the client requests (in writing) the removal of such information. Thunder Resume LLC may use samples of work without identifying info.

Guarantee Statement

As a client, your Resume or other products and services do not guarantee that you will receive more job interviews or land a job offer. Many factors drive this outcome, including but not limited to discretionary preferences and decisions of companies or organizations. The information provided in services and products is sold and supplied on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind. We may discontinue or change this website and its related services or their availability at any time.

Payment

Payment for products and services is paid in advance by either Square invoice or Stripe portal on ThunderResume.com. Credit card information is not stored. For security, each additional purchase requires clients to purchase products or services. Thunder Resume LLC offers a 15-minute complimentary call to discuss your goal before engaging services and reserves the right to charge a fee for any time that exceeds 15 minutes.

Refund Policy

Once an invoice is paid or services purchased on ThunderResume.com, 85% may be refunded if no proprietary tools have been sent or downloaded. Once tools have been sent or downloaded, 15% will be refunded. If Thunder Resume LLC has not heard from a client with an open, paid account for 90-days or more, the entire balance on the account is forfeited. 

Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement commences on the date an invoice is paid. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately upon written notice to the other party. The refund policy applies.

Service Due Dates

Resume, LinkedIn, and Cover Letter combinations have a 7-10 business day turnaround. An expedite fee may be paid for a 5-day or less turnaround on a Resume. According to Thunder Resume LLC availability, bundles with additional products and services may be scheduled based on the client’s availability. Once an invoice is paid, a client is set up in the queue. Two days are allowed for preparation and receipt of client information requested, Resume (or resume information provided), action/result bullet data, and other additional items requested in the initial Request for Information (RFI). If the receipt of this information exceeds 2 days, their account is on hold until the data arrives, and then the process re-starts again, leaving 5-8 business days to complete services.

This Agreement may be modified at Thunder Resume LLC’s discretion. Last update: April 9, 2021.
