I have been in HR for over 25 years and a HR Exec for 15 of those years. To be honest I never thought about my Resume/Cover Letter/LinkedIn profiles beyond a few years ago when I had this done with another executive search firm, Execunet, paid twice the amount for a product I proudly presented to Helen.
