Reading my cover letter, it made me speechless, it is so beautifully written. I cannot express myself. Thank you again so much for helping me on this quest.

Value Proposition: Unique Cover Letter is another catalyst to land the right interviews.
Unlike typical, dense, ubiquitous versions (8-12% get read), it’s concise and engaging human interest story. It adds another layer that distinguishes you from other candidates. It adds details that aren’t on your resume. You won’t need to write a new Cover Letter for each job application.
Salutation Tips
- ‘Dear so and so’ (the manager’s name if you know it).
- If not, ‘Dear Hiring Manager’ or ‘Dear Marketing Hiring Manager’’ (the job type).
- ‘Dear’ is broadly accepted but if you prefer, you could use also use ‘To the Marketing Manager’.
- Omit the salutation altogether.
- If the hiring manager has a title such as Dr., Dean, Colonel, President, Principal, use it.
- Don’t use Mrs. or Miss, instead use their first name, or Ms.
- ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is outdated.
Investigating the hiring manager’s name
- Check the job posting, especially on LinkedIn.
- Job postings frequently contain an email for submission. Google search the username (before @) or the domain (after @), to find the hiring manager’s full name.
- Check the company website to locate the department head on the company directory
- Do a ‘Company’ search on LinkedIn to find people you could ask. With a second-level connection, you could forge a new relationship to find the hiring manager’s name.
- You could call the company and ask the hiring manager’s name.

I strongly recommend Helen. I like her approach on the cover letter as very unique. She doesn’t repeat your resume in wordings but tell your story, your personal challenge and accomplishment as a supplement to your resume. She did my resume, my cover letter, and worked on my LinkedIn profile. She made detailed recommendations on points that we mostly overlook but essential to our job marketing. I wish I can say more about her expertise, but this is your opportunity to discover her amazing work as a professional resume writer.
